Welcome to snaggedbro.com, (the 'Website'). The Website is offered as a storefront to purchase apparel and other items of our choosing that are designed and owned by Snagged Bro (the “Service”).
The Website (and the Service) are owned and controlled by Snagged Bro.
Acceptance of the Terms
Please read these terms and conditions (the 'Terms') carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website and by making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Service immediately.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your active consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Service.
Snagged Bro reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. When Snagged Bro updates the Terms, it will use reasonable endeavors to provide you with notice of updates of the Terms. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication.
Making an Order with Us
Anyone who has accepted these Terms can use the Service to browse and purchase our goods. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Payments
All payments made in the course of your use of the Services are made using one of the following options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We also accept PayPal, or Stripe. We will charge the card you have chosen to use to pay for your order once you reach the final billing page and submit your order.
When making any payment in relation to your use of the Services, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions which apply to the payment method you have chosen. We are not responsible for errors in any financial transactions, but we will use reasonable endeavors to assist.
Refund Policy
Once you place an order it is final. If the product you want to change or exchange is a pre-order product, at our discretion, you may exchange it up to 24 hours before the pre-order campaign ends.
Products that have a major defect will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, subject to satisfactory evidence being supplied by you as to the nature of the defect.
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are listed as the time of purchase, and are in addition to the cost of the item purchased. It is clearly displayed as a line item at the time of checkout, and again at the time you commit to the purchase.
Dispatch times may vary depending on the availability of the product. If you have an issue, please contact us via the email address at the contact address at clause 15 below. Do not contact our fulfillment or shipping team directly unless specifically advised to do so.

This site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. The Website, the Service and the related products available here are owned or controlled by Snagged Bro are subject to copyright. Third party materials that appear here also appear under license, and all rights are owned or controlled by them.
All copyright materials listed at 7.1 are protected under the copyright laws of the UK. Unless otherwise indicated, all rights (including copyright) in the Website, and the items that can be found there (including but not limited to garment design, text, graphics, logos, button icons, video, images, audio clips, code, scripts, and other design elements and interactive features) or the Services, are reserved by Snagged Bro. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are the property of Snagged Bro.
You undertake not to copy, sell, rent, lease, translate, adapt, vary, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, create derivative works of, modify, sub-license, share, loan or distribute the Website, or any part of it.
For the avoidance of doubt, buying a product from our store means you can wear it, burn it, and/ or otherwise enjoy it. You are not authorized to create any kind of derivative works from any of the Snagged Bro brands or other copyright materials that appear at 7.1.
Privacy
Revolt takes your privacy seriously and any information provided through your use of the Service are subject to Revolt's Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Privacy Page.
General Disclaimer
To the fullest the extent permitted by law in any applicable jurisdiction:
All terms, guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions which are not expressly stated in the Terms are excluded; and
Snagged Bro will not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (unless such loss or damage is reasonably foreseeable resulting from our failure to meet an applicable consumer guarantee), loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms (including as a result of not being able to use the Services or the late supply of the Services), whether at common law, under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, pursuant to statute or otherwise.
Use of the Service and the Services is at your own risk. Everything on the Service and the Services is provided to you "as is" and "as available" without warranty or condition of any kind. None of the affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contributors and licencors of Snagged Bro make any express or implied representation or warranty about the Services or any products or Services (including the products or Services of Snagged Bro) referred to on the Service. This includes (but is not restricted to) loss or damage you might suffer as a result of any of the following:
Failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failure to correct defects, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or other harmful component, loss of data, communication line failure, unlawful third-party conduct, or theft, destruction, alteration or unauthorized access to records;
The accuracy, suitability or currency of any information on the Service, the Website, or any of the available products (including third party material and advertisements on the Service);
Costs incurred as a result of you using the Service, the Services or any of the products of Snagged Bro; and
The Services or operation in respect to links to third party services, which are provided for your convenience.
Limitation of Liability
Snagged Bro shall not be liable for any form of incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential Loss including any third party Loss, loss of profits, loss of production, increased operating costs, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss or denial of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, loss of anticipated savings, loss of interest or credit rating or any pure economic loss; which is not a natural or normal consequence of a cause of action suffered or incurred by you whether arising in contract or tort (including negligence) in equity, or under any statute. For the purposes of this clause ‘Loss’ means all liabilities, losses, damages, fees, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis and whether incurred or awarded and disbursements reasonably incurred) of any kind and nature whether arising in contract or tort (including negligence) in equity, or under any statute.
Notwithstanding any other clause in this Agreement and to the extent permitted by law, the maximum liability of Snagged Bro arising out of or relating to these terms both during and after the Term shall be limited to the total cost of the resupply of
You acknowledge and agree that Snagged Bro holds no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you as a result of providing Your Content to the Service.
Termination
Revolt may at any time terminate these terms if:
You have breached any provision of the Terms or intend to breach any provision;
Snagged Bro is required to do so by law;
Snagged Bro is transitioning to no longer providing the Services in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Service; or
The provision of the Services to you by Snagged Bro is, in the opinion of Snagged Bro, no longer commercially viable.
Subject to local applicable laws, Snagged Bro reserves the right to suspend or deny, in its sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Service without notice if you breach any provision of the Terms, or any applicable law or if your conduct impacts Snagged Bro’s name or reputation or violates the rights of those of another party.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Snagged Bro, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers and licencors from and against:
any direct or indirect consequences of you accessing, using or transacting on the Service or attempts to do so; and/or
any breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
The Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute, controversy, proceeding or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to the Terms and the rights created hereby shall be governed, interpreted and construed by, under and pursuant to the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to conflict of law principles, notwithstanding mandatory rules. The validity of this governing law clause is not contested.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed, and the rest of the Terms shall remain in force.
